Lenten Book Study: The Shack
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be in the same room with God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit?
Have you ever wondered about the dynamics of THEIR relationship and how we fit in?
The Shack: Where Tragedy Confronts Eternity is the story of Mack, who endures indescribable emotional pain as a child and then as an adult. A great sadness takes him to a place where he is in companionship with the three entities and his opinions of God and humanity are challenged. He is encouraged to face his demons, emotionally and physically, and emerges with a new understanding of love, both earthly and divine.
The book, written by William Paul Young, will usher you directly into the heart and nature of God and challenge you to consider the person and the plan of God in more expansive terms than you may have ever dreamed. The group meeting dates, times and places are:
